Editorial Policy & Standards

1. Mission & Commitment

At DESHTAK (deshtak.com), our primary objective is to deliver accurate, impartial, and timely news and informative guides to our readers across India and the globe. We specialize in public welfare schemes (Sarkari Yojana), technology developments, national affairs, finance, and breaking news. We adhere strictly to independent, unbiased, and ethical journalism.

2. Fact-Checking & Sourcing

Every report published on DESHTAK undergoes a rigorous multi-tier editorial review process before public release:

• Primary Source Verification: All reporting on government welfare schemes, official policies, and legal notifications is corroborated against official gazette notifications, government portals (.gov.in / .nic.in), and accredited press releases.
• Multiple Independent Sources: For breaking or developing stories, information is cross-verified across at least two independent credible sources.
• Data Integrity: Financial numbers, application dates, eligibility criteria, and statistics are checked directly against documented orders.

3. Fairness and Impartiality

Our editorial decisions are made independently of political interests, corporate donors, and advertisers. Opinion pieces and analysis are clearly distinguished from objective factual reporting. We do not present unverified social media claims or rumours as factual reporting.

4. Corrections and Updates

We are accountable for what we publish. When an error occurs, we correct it promptly and transparently in accordance with our Corrections Policy.

5. Editorial Independence & Commercial Content

Advertisements, sponsored content, and commercial partnerships never influence our news judgment. Any sponsored content is explicitly labeled. Advertisers have no prior review rights over editorial articles.
